My Approach

Qigong is Medicine

As a Medical Qigong Therapist, I see Qigong as a form of medicine intentionally designed to address all aspects of our well-being. It goes beyond physical health and encompasses the mind, emotions, belief systems, and our past experiences, both personal and ancestral. True balance and optimal health are achieved by tending to all these aspects, making Qigong powerful holistic medicine.

Qigong does not seek to replace other healing modalities, such as Western medicine, but rather offers potent complementary tools. By engaging in Qigong, patients are encouraged to actively participate in their own healing journey, empowering them to assume ownership and become influential forces in their recovery process and personal growth.

In the face of the pervasive suffering caused by stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression in our contemporary world, giving rise to various forms of illness, a Qigong practice is a powerful ally to address these challenging conditions effectively.

As a teacher and a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals understand the transformative power of regular Qigong practice and seamlessly incorporate it into their daily lives. What makes Qigong truly remarkable is its inclusivity, as it can be embraced by people of all ages, regardless of mobility or ability. My ultimate goal is to spread the joy and excitement surrounding Qigong and to inspire individuals to become enthusiastic practitioners who embrace Qigong as an integral part of their lives.
